What the Care Includes

What couples receive with full-service planning

The final scope is shaped around the venue, celebration format, and the areas the couple wants the team to own.

01

Priorities for the total event budget

A clear view of the overall budget, the areas that matter most, and a scope shaped around your celebration.

02

Venue layout and design direction

A venue review and layout plan that connects the atmosphere, styling, and guest experience into one considered direction.

03

Production, installation, and ceremony coordination

Production, installation, ceremony flow, and key cues are connected so each part moves in the same rhythm.

04

Readiness checks before the wedding day

The venue, production, ceremony flow, and important details are reviewed before the day to reduce gaps on site.

05

One team overseeing the wedding day

The team coordinates each moving part and oversees the flow so the couple can be present with family and guests.

How We Begin

Clarify the scope before bringing the celebration to life

01

Begin with what matters to you

We clarify the date, venue, guest count, celebration style, priorities, and approximate total event budget before recommending a direction.

02

Define the scope and ownership

Together, we identify what is already in place, what needs support, and what can be simplified, then assign a clear sequence and owner to each moving part.

03

Bring every part into one steady rhythm

Venue, vendors, design, production, ceremony flow, and wedding-day cues are managed from one shared overview so the couple does not have to coordinate everything themselves.

Before You Choose

Questions couples often ask before choosing a planning scope

Clear answers to help you decide where the team should step in and what the first planning conversation should cover.

Should we choose full-service planning or a tailored scope?

Full-service planning is designed for couples who want one team to own the connected plan from budget and venue decisions through design, production, and the wedding day. A tailored scope works when the main direction or some suppliers are already in place and only selected areas need support.

When should we begin working with a wedding planner?

Starting earlier creates more room to sequence the budget, venue, design, and suppliers that need advance booking. If the date is closer, the team can still assess the confirmed pieces and build a realistic scope around the time remaining.

Can Sweet Blossom plan outside Bangkok or with couples based overseas?

Yes. Work is accepted by appointment in Bangkok, Khao Yai, Ayutthaya, Pattaya, Saraburi, and destinations across Thailand. The team communicates in Thai and English and follows local details on the ground for couples planning from abroad.

How are the scope and fee confirmed?

The proposal is shaped around the venue, guest count, ceremony format, design and production needs, and the work already confirmed. This creates a traceable scope instead of a single package that assumes every wedding needs the same things.

Budget & Scope

150,000 THB refers to an approximate total event budget

It is not a fixed full-service package fee. Sweet Blossom generally begins conversations with couples planning a total event budget from around 150,000 THB, then recommends a suitable scope based on the venue, guest count, event style, design complexity, production, and coordination required.

The team confirms scope and pricing after the initial conversation; the starting figure is not a substitute for a tailored proposal.
